Available Sessions:

  • Mondays at Middle James Brewery: A unique indoor training experience from 6:00 - 7:00 pm.

  • Wednesdays at Matthews Sportsplex: Sharpen skills from 6:00 - 7:00 pm.

  • Thursdays at Middle James Brewery 6:30 - 7:30 pm. Currently also open for CSF Footprints (Ages 3-5) 5:30 - 6:30 pm.

  • Saturdays at Elon Park: Show what you’ve learned in our match day from 9:00 - 10:00 am (15 minutes of skill activation followed by small sided scrimmages)
